Middle School

Middle school plays a pivotal role in a student's academic and personal development, marking a period of significant physical and emotional changes. This transitional phase is crucial as it helps students shape their identities and prepare for the challenges that lie ahead in high school and beyond.

Embracing patience and fostering the curriculum, students must seize the opportunities provided by their schools, where excellent infrastructure and dedicated teachers can help. Here, this journey of growth goes beyond the confines of classrooms; it equips students with essential knowledge and nurtures them in a supportive community framework.

A FOUNDATION FOR GROWTH

Building a strong foundation.

At SRCS, the middle school experience is designed to lay a strong foundation for students' intellectual and personal growth. The daily schedule begins with an assembly and class teacher time, followed by a series of school periods. Sports activities are organized every day, while the post-lunch session is dedicated to an Activity session or Prep, a supervised self-study time.

The curriculum fosters critical thinking, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities, introducing new subjects and offering choices to cater to individual interests. Grade 8 introduces new subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, and Geography, while students can choose between French and Sanskrit as their third language.
