Calibrating Fitness

At SRCS, our exceptional approach involves constant monitoring of our students' overall fitness profile. We meticulously assess all components of physical fitness – Stamina, Speed, Strength, Endurance, Cardiovascular Endurance, Neuro- Muscular Coordination, Agility, Flexibility, Frequency and Balance - against globally recognized standards. Objective feedback is provided twice a year to track the students’ progress.

This age-specific, scientific, and meaningful profiling offers a comprehensive glimpse into each child's fitness level. It's far from a typical, generic fitness report, ensuring a truly insightful evaluation which provides an insight into the fitness of each child at a glance.
